A booking request submitted through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp is only a request and does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message and a unique booking reference number from QIMA, following successful payment as described in our Booking, Payment & Refund Policies.

Availability of any tour, package, flight, or accommodation is subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices, availability, and itinerary details displayed on this website are indicative and may be updated by QIMA or its suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers) prior to confirmation.

All prices displayed for our tours and travel packages are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and, in accordance with the tax regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, are intended to be inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) and any mandatory service fees applicable at the time of booking, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific package page.

Optional add-ons (such as upgraded accommodation, additional excursions, or travel insurance) are priced separately and will always be clearly shown to you, with your explicit agreement, before payment is taken.

• Providing accurate and complete traveler information (full legal names, dates of birth, passport details) exactly as they appear on official travel documents.
• Ensuring you and all travelers on your booking hold a valid passport, and any required visas, permits, or health documentation, with sufficient remaining validity for the trip.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled departures, check-ins, and meeting points as communicated in your booking confirmation.
• Informing QIMA promptly of any special requirements (medical, dietary, mobility) at the time of booking.

QIMA is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or from travel documents that do not meet destination requirements.

QIMA is committed to delivering the services described in your confirmed booking in line with the details agreed at the time of confirmation and the policies published on this website. Where QIMA acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other service providers), our responsibility is to select reputable suppliers and to act diligently on your behalf; the supplier’s own terms of service also apply to that portion of your trip.

QIMA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government action or restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or supplier/airline disruptions (“Force Majeure”).

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the QIMA brand name and marks — is the property of QIMA Travel and Tourism or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, QIMA’s liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that booking. QIMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any booking made with QIMA, shall first be raised with our Customer Support team for good-faith resolution. If not resolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our policies, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this version took effect. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
